It is, at present, the most advanced printing device of wooden-shaft pencil brand label (patented). The printer is mainly used to print brands on the various pencils, such as high-class hexagonal pencils as well as round, triangular pencils or other types (for different shaft, only replacement of the corresponding roller rail board is needed). All materials for main parts of body are made of quality carbon steel to ensure stable running. All circuit and control system used by the device are highly automatic with low noise and imported high-end configuration. The roller' rail of the printer is made of high-quality stainless steel 304; the roller's automatic indexing has two configurations, i.e. imported and nationally produced, to meet different needs of customers. Therefore, it is the first choice for pencil manufactures for printing their brands. Configuration Features Faster replacement of steel seal: to make it simpler and more convenient to replace, adjust, maintain, and operate the steel seal. Prompt warning for availability of consumable anodized aluminum: the device will stop running automatically when the anodized aluminum is used up, so scrapped pencils can be avoided. Million- scale counter: the device will stop automatically and buzz to give prompt alert when quantity of input reaches the output requirement. Variable stepless speed: feeding speed can be chosen according to the actual need of customers.
